Our prime directive, "HERE TO SERVE" means that we operate our real estate investments in a manner that allows us to serve residents by offering quality housing that reflects compelling value, to serve our employees and vendors by providing a desirable work environment predicated on honesty and integrity, to serve the neighborhoods by promoting healthier and happier residents arising out of well-managed properties, and their success. David Peters, Managing Director

David is responsible for overseeing the strategy, investor relations, asset management and financial health of AdZervio’s holdings.

Heidi Pliam, Operations Director

Heidi is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations, investor relations and finder program.

Sarah Benson Bio Page

Sarah Benson, Director of Acquisitions

Sarah is responsible for networking with brokers to generate investment leads, as well as participating in analysis and negotiating acquisitions.

Bob Gardner Bio Page

Bob Gardner, Director of Asset Management

Bob is responsible for overseeing the asset and property management of AdZervio’s portfolios. He currently personally owns and manages over 95 units in the Twin Cities area.
